By accessing or using the Kiarah Artificial Intelligence web application or related services referred to as the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should discontinue use of the Service immediately.
Kiarah Artificial Intelligence, also referred to as KAI, reserves the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes will become effective upon being posted. Continued use of the Service after updates are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Service Description
Kiarah Artificial Intelligence provides a digital platform that enables real estate professionals to upload property inspection reports. Through the use of artificial intelligence technology, the Service generates structured summaries, estimated repair costs, and projected completion timelines based on the information contained in the uploaded reports.

3. User Obligations
a) You must make sure that any inspection reports you submit are accurate, honest, and do not violate any third party rights.
b) Providing false information or uploading copyrighted material without authorization is strictly prohibited.
c) You must not try to access the system unlawfully, copy its underlying structure, disrupt its operation, or damage its security features.
d) You are accountable for all actions taken through your account and must protect your login credentials.

4. Fees and Payment
a) Certain features of the Service may require payment. All listed fees are exclusive of applicable taxes and charges.
b) Payments must be made in advance unless stated otherwise.
c) We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Updated pricing will apply at the next billing cycle for existing subscribers. All purchases are final and non refundable.

5. Limitation of Liability
You understand and agree that:
a) The Service is provided on an as is basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI powered content.
b) We are not responsible for decisions made based on the summaries, estimates, or timelines produced by the Service. You should consult qualified professionals before relying on the generated content.
c) Kiarah Artificial Intelligence will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service or these Terms.

6. Termination
a) We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, including if you violate these Terms, without prior notice.
b) You may close your account at any time through the Service interface or by contacting customer support.
c) Once your account is terminated, your access to the Service ends immediately, and we may remove your data without additional notice.

7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service and its content, excluding materials uploaded by users, belong to Kiarah Artificial Intelligence. Any use of our intellectual property without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or connected to these Terms or the Service will be governed by the laws of the state or country where Kiarah Artificial Intelligence is incorporated, without consideration of its conflict of law provisions.

9. Miscellaneous
a) If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be removed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
b) If Kiarah Artificial Intelligence does not enforce any right or provision under these Terms, it does not mean that such right or provision is waived.
